Today, Greeley Hat Works, a custom hat shop specializing in western and fashion hats made from upscale hat bodies announced their latest line of fashion hats. The new line, Nine7O, was designed by Greeley Hat Works Owner, Trent Johnson and Livewire Clothing Owner and Lead Designer, Megan Holdren.
Trent and Megan were heavily influenced by Colorado's mountains and rivers and so the line was named after the biggest area code in Colorado (and also Trent's area code) 970. We are very excited to have a collaboration on one of the new lids with Armando Silva, a well-known and incredibly talented Colorado artist who also hails from the 970 area code, adding a new twist to a classic shape.
Jess Hanebutt Snell, Owner/Designer of Rockin' B Clothing is thrilled by the new line:
"The new line is something a bit out of left field for the western wear world, yet totally in tune with the heritage and mythos of the epic West, particularly Colorado. Amazing craftsmanship and artistic techniques are intertwined to create spirited and wearable pieces; just the shot of moxie we need in western fashion!"
The one-of-a-kind sweat band design allows anyone to have access to a handmade Greeley Hat Works lid while still delivering the custom creativity Greeley Hat Works is known for. Nine7O hats are available from GreeleyHatWorks.com or by calling 1.888.FOR.A.Hat. Nine7O hats will be available in the shop and at Greeley Hat Works retailer locations August 1, 2018. All pre-orders will ship June 1, 2018.
Every flowing river in Colorado has a story. Every hat has a story. What will yours be?
