Wyoming native, Reata Brannaman has grown up around the horse and cattle business. The daughter of renowned horseman Buck Brannaman, and a full-time student at Montana State University; Reata has started making a name for herself as a teacher as well. She is now the colt starting / young horse development and equine marketing instructor for MSU all the while pursuing her own degree in Marketing. At 20 years of age, what she may be lacking in years, she is in no way lacking in earnest enthusiasm and capability. Even with her growing public presence, Reata is as cowgirl as they come, and if time would allow, would rather just be branding calves and starting colts. Beyond college, Reata travels with her father and has covered a lot of miles with him around the world participating in and assisting with his horsemanship clinics. If that weren’t enough, Reata is creating a new apparel empire starting with her own, unique hat style from Greely Hat Works. Her “Reata Ranchwear” will be bringing to market headwear, and a line of apparel designed with her unique styling and most importantly – to be comfortable and functional for being horseback. At just 20 years old, Reata Brannaman is creating her own universe of success and her one of-a-kind Greely hat reflects the kind of person she is, practical, sophisticated and very talented.
