Most products today are made by machines. At Greeley Hat Works, they are made by people. We are looking for a Custom Hat Production Team Member who is ready to master the art of traditional hat making. This isn't just a production line job; it’s a craft.

You will be responsible for taking raw materials and transforming them into high-quality, handmade hats that our clients will cherish for decades.

The Role: From Raw Material to Masterpiece

As a member of our production team, you are the heartbeat of the shop. You don't just "make" things, you craft them. You will:

• Master the Elements: You’ll learn the specialized techniques of steaming, sanding, ironing, sewing, and pressing that define a Greeley hat.
• Obsess Over Quality: Every hat goes through your hands. You’ll be the first line of defense, inspecting materials at every step to ensure they meet our standards.
• Precision Engineering: You’ll use basic math and expert hand-eye coordination to ensure every measurement is accurate and every fit is exact.
• Collaborate in the Shop: Work alongside a tight-knit team of artisans to hit daily production targets without ever compromising on quality.
