Colorado Youth Outdoors

For 25 years, Colorado Youth Outdoors (CYO) has built relationships through traditional outdoor recreation. We teach archery, fishing and shooting sports...but that’s not why we’re here. We believe shared adventures create a deeper connection. Our flagship program, CORE, brings a teen and trusted adult to learn new skills and spend time together.

CORE class takes place in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, and we’re expanding into communities across Northern Colorado. In addition, CYO offers summer camp for youth aged 10-15, school field trips, and programs for nearly 50 nonprofit organizations each year at our Fort Collins campus.

In a world full of screens and distractions, CYO gives families a reason to unplug, get outside, and reconnect. In 2025, more than 13,000 people participated in CYO programs.
